customers in a prompt manor and direct them to the appropriate area. I

also transition patients to the retail floor after they have seen our

doctor. I trouble shoot any vision questions they may have and help

interpret their prescriptions and insurance coverage and uncover additional

eyewear needs to increase profits and maintain customer satisfaction.

Clothing Specialty store). In charge of inventory, staff, and day to day

business. As well as keeping up on trends in the market so we can adjust

accordingly and open new accounts.

6/03-8/05 Assistant Manager of The Powder room (all girl

surf/snow/skate shop) Worked with the owners and Manager to prebook for

upcoming seasons and attend trade shows to see the product. I also was

in charge of merchandising the stores inventory and handled all the return

authorizations of defective merchandise.

11/01-4/03. Store Manager, Sunglass Hut

Make sure the day to day business is running smoothly. Do weekly and

monthly business reports, Bank Runs, Hiring, Scheduling, and quarterly

inventories. Decreased shrink rate by 4% from previous manager my first

inventory. It continued low during my management rein.
