initiatives, targeting revenue growth of $300M by 2013 via acquisitions.

formation of global strategic partnerships and joint ventures. Charged

with designing a plan to prepare the business for a possible IPO or other

liquidity event.

financial planning and forecasting activities, including deployment of

$350M in trade funds and $50M in advertising and consumer promotion

expenses. Maintained accountability/ownership for all financial results,

including leadership on risk mitigation efforts. Provided strategic

leadership in the development and commercialization of category growth

initiatives including new platforms (e.g. premium, flavors), product line

planning processes and tools across the Kraft and Nabisco sales
