Technical Assistance
Led a work to correct a significant microbiological food safety issue
shortly after taking the position. The quick response to pinpoint root

Spearheaded a risky field initiative to eliminate raw milk adulteration
that would pose a high food safety risk to the consumers. The work was
highly recognized in the overall dairy industry in this South American
country.
Carried out an audit work at a co-packer location that led to identify
issues that resulted in an increase on finished product's output (dry
milk) per pound of raw milk used. The work led to the implementation of
changes that drove an increase of 28% yield.

at a plant in South America, and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) at
seven (7) locations in the US. All plants became BRC certified.
