In San Diego office, managed acquisition of right of way working with the
City of Victorville Engineering Dept. on the LaMesa-Nisqualli Interchange
Project, involving acquisition by negotiation and condemnation and Caltrans
ROW certification. Managed acquisition of distribution easements for SDG&E.
Managed property management for City of Poway RDA Town Center Project.
Managed property management for San Diego County various North County
properties. In Torrance office, supervised agents acquiring right of way
for the Alemeda Corridor East Nogales Grade Separation Project in the City
of Industry. Worked with engineering consultant on right of way cost
estimate for the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Corridor Project in Los Angeles and

Prepared easements, legal descriptions, and purchase offers and acquired
right-of-way by negotiation and condemnation for underground and overhead
distribution and transmission lines from private parties (including Union
Pacific Railroad) and obtained permits and licenses from various Cities,
Clark County, State (NDOT), and Federal (BLM, BOR) land owners. Projects
involved working closely with Survey, Engineering, Major Projects, and
Legal departments as well as entities such as NDOT for major projects, such
as the Sunrise Tap transmission line project where I handled the right of
way acquisition and permitting to bring power to eastern Las Vegas Valley
from a new 7 mile long 500kv line plus a new 7 mile long 230kv line and 7
mile long upgraded 138kv to 230kv line.

Acquired real estate interests by negotiation, condemnation and exchanges
of land and right-of-way for City Engineering, Park & Recreation, Street,
Water/Sewer, Fire, and Development Services Departments. Processed right-of-

California DOT, Port of San Diego, Dept. of the Navy, San Diego County
Water Authority and private real estate developers in the acquisition and
