Position: Product Engineer. On my own initiative, I utilized on-site
PEC shelving units to hold and monitor inventory of high-demand life-
test engine parts. Thus, resulting in faster delivery to dynos and
or/build floor without losing test hours on running experimental
engines.
Responsibilities:
. Daily ordering, in-receiving, storing and shipping of
experimental test components to and from suppliers and domestic
and overseas factories.
. Maintaining detailed records of parts order status versus bill
of materials.
. Coordinating with engineers to determine used part disposition.

Position: Buyer. Commodity: Socket heads, shoulder bolts, & set
screws. 80% John Deere customer-based. Working independently, I was
able to find significant cost savings through overseas suppliers,
eliminating multiple domestic supplier orders and deliveries to
Bossard.
