. Redesigned hardware due to part obsolescent using Cadence EDA tools. All

designs and sustaining work were implemented based on ISO standard and

process.

. Tested, analyzed and trouble-shot component level and generated failure

reports; enacted problem reports to improve product quality after

analysis.

. Interfaced and worked with outside vendors on PCB fabrication, Stack-up

costs and provided recommendation on component selection, production test

and release of second source parts through ECO process using Agile

database.

. Worked closely with manufacturing test engineering to improve testability

of product and test coverage and also interfaced with software engineers

to solve customer's issues, returned equipment, and new hardware

. Designed and developed various hardware systems based on different 68000

Motorola microprocessor used for ticket printers;

. design consisted of analog and digital circuitry, stepping motor control,

dc motors and feed back for position sensing, including OP AMPs, ADC and

DAC.

. Designed and developed large-scale multiplexers for high speed

communications, SCSI disc drive controllers, optical character and bar

code recognition systems, wireless mobile access control system to be

used in entertainment and sports facilities using IEEE802.11 Protocol.

Involvement in projects included schematic capture, PCB layout and

manufacturing technical support.
