Management
. Managed the internal ISO 9001 audit to a successful completion and
prepared Cisco Sales Associate Program Management and associates for
the external audit.

. Founding member of the Jacksonville Training Consortium. An alliance
of training managers from corporations in our area sharing training
class information and selling seats to each other to ensure that all

each of us over $40,000 annually to redirect towards other training.
. Designed Information Technologies Training Program. Developed
professional growth curriculum for career paths within IT division.
. Developed and implemented enhanced communication feedback protocol
between ITS and HR training organizations, enabling them to work
together to accomplish more streamlined training path for IT
professionals.
. Restructured training requirements for ITS employees by developing,
documenting and maintaining curriculum roadmaps for skill development.

Training
. Instructor Led Training for client employees on new practices and
systems. Using small teams facilitation and one on one coaching,
decreased turnover rate of branch management team members who were
resigning due to uncertainties about bank merger.
. Led team of trainers to a successful training launch of the AT&T
Platinum Card. Also helped execute the Exit Plan for this project.
. Developed and delivered training on proprietary mainframe based
registration and reporting system. This enabled me to utilize
departmental Administrative Assistants, reducing the need for
additional training support staff.
. Successfully surpassed company-wide professional training goals, (a
minimum of 2 days a year, per employee) for a base of 3,000 employees.
Process and Procedure
. Assumed ownership of the Evaluation process. Modified process so that
evaluation forms were specific to type of learning activity.
. Increased productivity and accuracy as lead consultant, by designing
workflow procedures and training guide for large banks brokerage
services. Developed integrated workflow system and efficient manual
training backup.
. Facilitated development of best practice, as Process/Workflow Analyst
for transition team, consolidating processes that streamlined consumer
loan procedures for bank merger.
