several incoming email accounts requesting information or resources,

follow up on requests, and escalate issues as needed.

. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Provider Connections, RTMS in

Blue Shield, IBM FileNet Capture, Document Retrieval

. Served on numerous committees including Nami Walk, Heart Committee,

Entertainment Committee.
