management, covenant and borrowing base reporting, and cash forecasting.

• Manage global Tax Operations and service relationships with providers including: property tax, federal

and state income taxes, sales & use taxes, and all appropriate filings, compliance, and tax strategy.

• Direct corporate insurance programs and annual insurance placement, including: workers’

compensation insurance, general liability, product liability, D&O insurance, etc.

• Lead corporate strategy arm of company, including managing 5 year strategic business plan.

• Managed business plan modeling and scenario analysis for Ford/ACH, while continuously looking

for ways to optimize the financial performance of the business.

• Interfaced with potential acquiring firms, including private equity firms and public companies and

led sell-side support by dealing with their legal counsel, due diligence teams, and M&A staffs.

• Led team through internal valuation activities for Glass Operations and worked with bidders to

Assistant Plant Controller (Sheldon Road Plant), 2003 - 2006 Plymouth, MI

• Managed team responsible for all operational financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cost

accounting, variance analysis, capital acquisition reviews and financial modeling.

• Led development of $735M budget and creation of financial reporting cadence and reporting system

that led to financial transparency and accountability down to the line supervisor level.
