rates and specials to compete with market. Responsible for all activities
related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals, including
generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects,
preparing lease documentation. Oversee maintenance staff to ensure work is
completed in a timely manner. Schedule work to completely turn a unit and
