Resume:

I am an experienced professional in the architectural, engineering and

interior design community with over 10 years of experience. I believe I am

a visionary result driven project leader and coordinator with an

outstanding record of delivering coordinated projects on time and within

budget.

I have two degrees; Bachelor of Architecture and an Associates Degree of

Interior Design. During 2011, I will concentrate on the Architectural

Registration Exam's (ARE's) and will become a registered architect. Other

exams I am interested and qualified to pursue are the LEED GA, NCIDQ and

the PMP.

My current position as the owner of Building DNA I provide a full range of

interior design, architecture and BIM services. The services range from 2D-

drafting, programming, interior design / architecture, 3D-modeling, 4D-cost

estimating, animation, rendering, 5D-schedule & time, clash detection,

software training, corporate BIM standard development and intelligent

content creation.

During my years of employment I have gained a broad range of experience as

an interior designer, architect and BIM Manager. I have been responsible

for USACE BIM projects involving Revit and Bentley BIM (Microstation)

platforms. I have worked on multiple fast track design-build projects in

the following USACE districts: Louisville, Newark, New York, Philadelphia,

Savannah and more. The USACE design projects consist of reserve centers,

dining halls, training facilities, barracks, brigades and battalions, etc.

My responsibilities on USACE projects consist of design and project

management:

My project management experience consists of:

review scope of RFP;s, write BIM proposals, document the PxP, create and

maintain the BIM budget.

My design experience consists of:

on-site USACE interior programming, construction documentation, 3D

modeling, coordination with contractor, response to RFI's, review and

approval of shop drawings and documenting final as-builts.

Additional experience as an architect and interior designer has included

the design of the following facility types: retail, commercial and

pharmaceutical My design responsibilities have been from schematic through

construction documentation and construction administration. I have also

been a project manager on various structures; scheduling staff, creating

schedules, tracking and maintaining the budget and staying within the

scope.

I have recently completed the Project Management Institute (PMI) training

session and have applied for the Project Management Professional (PMP)

exam. Upon completion I will be certified as a Project Manager.
