Profile
With over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, twelve in managerial
positions, I can be an asset to the Information Technology department of any
organization. I've worked almost exclusively in environments that require
24/7/365 uptime, and am well accustomed to the rigorous time demands of this
industry.
Skills
Network Administration
I've administered LANs and WANs with several hundred workstations and dozens of servers, in environments
where downtime is not an option.
PBX Administration
I've worked on Alcatel, Hitachi, Lucent, Avaya, Mitel, Panasonic, NEC and Nortel PBX systems, in addition to VOIP,
private cell networks and microwave satellite relays.
Customer Care
With the majority of my career being in the hospitality industry, I am accustomed to meeting the varied demands of insistent
customers, and doing so with a smile.
