As a Superintendent, my primary responsibilities include the daily
management of the site construction activity, anticipating and resolving
field related issues, establishing and enforcing site schedule
requirements, managing project safety, and successful completion of
construction projects.
As a Safety Manager, my primary responsibilities included the daily
management of safety performance for various construction projects.
Responsibilities included overseeing safety during caisson/foundations,
steel erection, general building fit out and developing and reviewing
rigging plans for large crane lifts as well as maintaining and enforcing
corporate safety policies.

hospital project. Safety responsibilities included ensuring federal,
state and local safety regulations were met, managing safety performance
for the various trades, reviewing and developing rigging plans for critical
crane lifts, accident/incident investigations and daily safety audits.
Facilitating safety pre-plan meetings with subcontractors and safety
program review. Conducted daily jobsite safety orientation and monitored
pre-employment substance screening.

. Merck & Co., Inc. - Site Perimeter Lighting and Security Fence Line
Upgrade
West Point, PA
Superintendent for the $2 Million project, which involved the installation
of 58 new light fixtures along the 1.8 miles of Merck & Co. site perimeter.
In addition, 3,000 ft. of new decorative security fence was installed
along with the addition of a new parking area consisting of 20 new parking
spaces. This work was completed while maintaining a 100% secure perimeter.

. Merck & Co., Inc. - West Point East Pedestrian Bridge Replacement
West Point, PA
Superintendent for the $ 175,000 pedestrian bridge replacement project.
The replacement involved demolition of the existing wood construction
bridge and replacing with a 53' one piece aluminum bridge. The
replacement also included new concrete abutments on either side of the
bridge along with sub-grading and paving a new access road to the bridge.

Superintendent for $380,000 restoration project for a 10,200 SF parking
lot. The restoration involved demolition of existing paving, concrete
surface and relocating utilities. The reconstruction included the
installation of a new 1,000 SF raised walkway utilizing colorized stamped
concrete, 4,100 SF of new concrete surfaces and 5,100 SF of new asphalt
paving. The restoration also included upgrades to existing landscaping
and storm water inlets.

Site Construction Logistics Coordinator for the Merck West Point plant.
In addition to various site upgrade projects, I also am the liaison for
construction logistics between the various construction management firms
on site and the client, which is Merck & Co. The Site Logistics program
is a $ 3 Million project responsible for project start-up, project
coordination, establishing trailer and laydown space, site upgrades and
maintenance.

Safety Manager/ Assistant Superintendent for a $100 Million, 92,000 SF, 4
floor vaccine production building. This project included ground up
construction from caissons to interior fit out for vaccine production in
clean rooms. Safety responsibilities included ensuring federal, state
and local safety regulations were met, managing safety performance for
the various trades, reviewing and developing rigging plans for critical
crane lifts, accident/incident investigations and daily safety audits.
Assistant Superintendent responsibilities included overseeing steel
erection, slab pours, and coordination of MEP trades and interior
finishes.

project included ensuring utilities were properly marked for demolition,
exclusion zones were maintained and that the demolition plan was
