Project Manager Retrofit project 2007 – 2009
Responsible for the composite blade retrofit for approximately 1,500 composite wind
turbine blades located in 9 separate locations in 5 states across the country
Responsible for 200 technicians their supervisors and all associated equipment located
across all working 9 sites in 5 states
Completed the retrofit on time with a total cost savings of over 1 million dollars over the
course of the 2 year project.
Trained, mentored, coached 11 site managers there were no assigned site managers
when I arrived in the company in 2007
Composite repair work was performed outdoors during winter months w here
temperatures reached -54F none of the technicians experienced a cold weather injury
based on safety procedures I developed.
Project Manager Perry Homes Houston TX 2004 -2007
Responsible for residential home construction in Richmond TX Sub Division
Supervised the construction of residential homes ranging in size from 2,000 to 6,000
square feet. Consistently built homes under the project date and under budget.
Responsible for warranty repairs performed on homes within 48 hours of notification
Supervised 5 crews working simultaneously while building and finishing homes.
