5 During my ten year career with Cricket Communications, I held three
positions:
PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST - Four years
Responsible for data entry of all received IT related purchases into
appropriate inventory management/accounting database and document received
goods in a detailed order log. Sign off Notice of Completion paperwork for
Accounts Payable department on each order. Notify customer of order
arrival. Code and approve vendor invoices for Accounts Payable. Provide
procurement/purchasing assistance to all corporate and market employees for
IT related equipment and software. Oracle iProcurement entry and order
status tracking/maintenance. Maintain vendor relations with all applicable
IT vendors. Stay current with hardware and software updates, including end-
of-life cycles, future updates/releases, changes in billing procedures,
vendor representative changes. Assist in administrative functions such as
submission of employee expense reports, tracking of capital and operational
expenses and time sheets.
6 CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT - Two years
When the Human Resources department relocated to Denver in 2004, I chose to
stay in Albuquerque. I was placed in the Sales admin area as a Customer
Service Assistant. Responsible for data entry of all receivables for
Albuquerque/Santa Fe Markets. Code and approve vendor invoices. Entry
into Concur of all employee expense reports. Entry and submission of all
time sheets to Payroll. Place all office supply orders.
7 REGIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES - Four years
Responsible for the entire scope of recruiting duties, from preparing
requisitions, placing ads, screening applicants, interviewing candidates,
to developing compensation and delivering the offer. Administration of
employee benefit enrollment, employee recognition programs, scheduling and
coordination of training, coordination of department and new hire travel
and performance management tracking. Coordinate payroll and temporary
staffing needs. Address employee relations and performance issues by
coaching and guiding employees and managers according to company policy.
Independently administer leave of absence and short and long term
disability. New hire orientation in Albuquerque, Denver, and Salt Lake
City. Employee records organization and maintenance.

maintaining the corporate resume database, the employee handbook, and
corporate policies. Also posted jobs to website and worked with job
descriptions and leave balances. Administered hiring process and
termination process, checked references, conducted salary assessments,
updated slide presentations and administered flexible benefits program.
