$1 billion division of RPM International ($3 billion) supplying coatings,
sealants and roofing to the Commercial and Residential construction
industry.
Product Manager, Commercial Sealants Division (2010 to 2011)
. Managed all areas of coatings product line (approximately 50 sku's) and
OEM product line (approximately 100 sku's) including product data
sheets, product launches, product exit plans, product labels and
packaging, product field trials, etc.
. Eliminated out-of-date SKU's freeing up inventory space both in packaging
and finished goods.
. Participated in Product Stewardship Strategic Imperative team responsible
for identifying and ensuring all products fall under the acceptable
"green" chemistry guidelines and to ensure customers are provided with
the highest level of service.
. Managed a private label account that was not generating the revenue that
was agreed upon per their signed contract. Working with the local sales
rep, along with the key personnel within the account, was able to ship
and bill material in excess of $50,000 in a six month period.
. Served on division's employee recognition program team designed to
recognize employees that have gone above and beyond in both their jobs
and out of work activities.
Marketing Coordinator, Commercial Sealants Division (2007 to 2010)
. Managed literature and product data sheets, recommending the conversion
of paper data sheets to online versions improving efficiencies and
reducing print and shipping costs by approximately 25%.
. Recommended and implemented a new literature tracking system capturing
valuable customer information resulting in better quality leads and
increase customer opportunities.
. Managed expired warranty program for our coatings systems by creating and
managing individual spreadsheets for approximately 40 sales
representatives generating over $326,000 in restoration work on a

. Participated on a team to improve literature process identifying areas of
weakness and suggesting ways to ensure changes are captured throughout
all marketing pieces including suggestion for use of a database to be
included as part of the design of the new website.
. Assisted in creating and implementing a mid-size distributor program to
