• Championed the ANR Groups’ effort to implement revisions to existing and new FERC Form 2 pages

effective with the 2008 Annual Form 2 filing. Researched the contents of the FERC’s Notice of

Proposed Rulemaking and analyzed the Final Order Numbers 710 (Final Rule) and 710-A (Revised

Final Rule) which developed additional changes and suggestions for improvement.

• Coordinated the pre-filed testimony writing and schedule preparation for a rate case of an off shore

mid-sized gas gathering company.

• Collected all pertinent information; conducted PP&E and DD&A analysis; formed multi-departmental

team to address concerns, reported progress to regulatory affairs management, and implemented the

final order on an eleven month retroactive depreciation expense adjustment. This allowed company to

extend the useful lives of the fixed assets and recoup more than $1.5 million in depreciation expenses

annually.

• Launched major gas liquids pricing investigation that achieved cost recovery. Analyzed and identified

incorrect prices and times, devised and generated several solutions, coordinated with office and field

personnel from multiple companies to implement new solutions, and documented and reported progress

to senior management. This allowed company and its producers to recoup more than $500,000 in

excessive charges.

• Launched a successful cost recovery initiative at a $6 billion power plant. Identified potential areas of

recovery, consulted with administrative service outsourcing companies to address critical issues,

researched seven years of actual expenses, and determined recoverability by analyzing contracts

and funding letters. Identified $1 million in recoverable costs, which were reimbursable at 69.2%,

producing $690,000 of cost savings.

Compiled and prepared various electric utility capital asset unitizations, additions and retirement schedules

which properly maintained the continuing property records in compliance with the FERC regulations.
