team to address concerns, reported progress to regulatory affairs management, and implemented the
final order on an eleven month retroactive depreciation expense adjustment. This allowed company to
extend the useful lives of the fixed assets and recoup more than $1.5 million in depreciation expenses
annually.
• Launched major gas liquids pricing investigation that achieved cost recovery. Analyzed and identified
incorrect prices and times, devised and generated several solutions, coordinated with office and field
personnel from multiple companies to implement new solutions, and documented and reported progress
to senior management. This allowed company and its producers to recoup more than $500,000 in
excessive charges.

recovery, consulted with administrative service outsourcing companies to address critical issues,
researched seven years of actual expenses, and determined recoverability by analyzing contracts
and funding letters. Identified $1 million in recoverable costs, which were reimbursable at 69.2%,
producing $690,000 of cost savings.
