About the project
This is a Mock Deployment testing project. The nature of the job in this
project is to test the various provided scenarios in Siebel and to make
sure that the relevant backend systems are updated. Each scenario is
taken from Test Director and the steps are executed in Siebel. A typical
test scenario might require an order or Account Status Change Request to be
created. During the execution of each test scenario we validated various
backend systems like PYRO, CIS, AMS and NUT to check whether the systems
are updated with the test data provided at the execution time. The test
scenarios provided involved the functional testing of the product and also
the enhancements been made.

About the project
This is a Siebel 7.5 Production Support system for AT&T Wireless. The
nature of job for 3G Production Support Team has its spotlight in resolving
tickets. A ticket is referred to as a problem or an issue which requires
immediate attention. It is created when there is an interruption or
abnormal termination of data during its work flow. The tickets are stored
in a database which is referred as a "Remedy Database". Siebel triggers
workflow which exits out through a middleware called "Vitria" and passes
through several back-end systems namely Info flow, Atlys, Numeritrack,
Switch manager, Multi Messaging system for its respective functions. Errors
encountered in these systems are taken care of and resolved.
