site build to close out expectations of the

client our number one priority is get the job

done while working in accordance with

various jurisdictions throughout the Pacific

Northwest, including Los Angeles, SF Bay

Area, and Portland/Seattle markets. My

ability to troubleshoot effectively and skill for

bringing the client and landlords together

Professional

experience

4/6/11-Present: Power Telco coordinator for Sipherd Construction working with Ridge

Communications on the Verizon new build Bay Area Northern Ca. Twenty-one sites

investigations of proposed power and Telco POC’s and routings, main point of contact for

service applications, responsible for meeting the service designers on site and report

findings, routing, requirements, design to Verizon’s A&E firms.

3/1/10-2/26/11:

Project Manager for Sipherd Construction Company sub-contractor to BCI

communications contracted to Ericsson working the Bay Area Northern California with T-

Mobile, Clearwire, and AT&.T responsible for over eighty plus sites.

AT&T land line man hole to manhole prep rod and roping for AT&T crews to pull fiber through

existing conduit, demo existing underground fiber vaults, set new underground fiber vaults without

service disruption; New builds T-Mobile site civil work, 3C upgrades set bases, run new conduits

through existing equipment and service panels; UMTS upgrades set bases, new UMTS

equipment, new conduit to service panels, Clearwire worked as construction manager working

with the site acq; and A&E firms constructability reporting at design walk.

Wireless Site Audit Contract

9/20/09-1/12/10

Performed fifty plus site audits for Ericsson 3 G UMTS upgrade of ATT Bay Area sites under

contract with BCI document revise SOW for GC work to be performed.

Construction Management

6/25/08-12/31/08: Twenty-five plus sites as a Construction Manager for Glotel; T-Mobile new build

Bay Area market from design walk, permitting, bid walks, site construction, thru construction close

out in the city of San Francisco.

Project Management

1/1/2008- 6/15/08: AT&T Construction Project Vinculums, Sacramento, Ca.

Fifty plus sites for AT&T/ Ericsson UMTS overlay Monterey/ Carmel market, developed scope of

work based on AT&T specifications as to work to be performed by GC’s through build out to close

out.

Construction Inspector

3/27/07-10/27/ 2007: Construction Inspector for T-Mobile contracted through Glotel, Southern CA,

Simi Valley, Ca. Fifty plus sites for new site development, single point of contact for T-

Mobile and SCE high voltage sites, design walks, permitting, bid walks, new site

construction, thru construction close out.
