AVP/Investment Credit Research Analyst - Worked primarily with
the core portfolio management/credit team conducting research,
portfolio compliance and analytics with regard to interest rate
risk. Data resource to both the portfolio management and
marketing efforts of CDO assets. Assisted with portfolio
construction, research and marketing literature. Analyzed
corporate credit markets and compared them to relative
benchmarks/peer groups. Responsible for developing and

and Officers and Pension Trust management liability products.
Responsibilities included, but not limited to, the review of a
corporation's financial position through detailed analysis of
SEC documents, M&A/IPO filings, private placement memorandums,
and audited year-end financial statements with the objective of
accessing a corporation's shareholder value, financial liquidity
and litigation exposure. Analyzed financial statements of
various financial institutions (i.e. banks, investment
companies), along with a review of their respective trust and
lender operations/procedures. Tracked quarterly changes in
shareholder value for both publicly traded and privately held
companies along with any pertinent corporate press releases or
litigation. Analyzed changes in corporate ownership structure
coupled with scheduled directors and officers on an annual basis
to determine potential shareholder litigation as a result of a
decrease in shareholder value. Detailed review of changes in a
corporation's established retirement account value (i.e. 401K,

Equity Research Analyst - Analyst for a $170 million regional
bank fund. Tracked and analyzed statistical changes on all fund
holdings and universe. Prepared and presented portfolio
strategy to firm's sales team on a regular basis in addition to
presenting portfolio strategy during investment policy meetings
in the absence of the portfolio manager. Served as a key player
in providing materials and explaining investment related inquiry
from Securities and Exchange Commission executives during SEC
