Supervise a sales team of nine on the procedures and analyze day

to day operations of the sales department. This includes,

answering phone calls, acting on behalf of sales representatives

while they are out and coordinating between departments to

accounts, budgets and overall operations. Create new, and

operations. Ensure that the sales representative's paperwork is

correct with the proper coding and enter it into our operating

system (InfoPro) in a timely fashion. This step is crucial to

forecasting. From that point, the papers are filed into a

customer specific folder, to which I keep organized and readily

available for reference. Responsible for keeping track of

inventory, as well as managing all transactions with our special

event boxes. Organized, prepared and completed a file audit of

over 8,000 current customers to determine the status of their

service agreement.
