EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:
As Senior Piping Designer, I have a broad based knowledge of piping design and plant layout with the
ability to design, check and supervise piping projects to produce accurate and cost effective piping and
mechanical layouts. Specific tasks include develop plot plans, equipment location, vessel nozzle and
platform orientations, and detailed piping layouts with supports and isometrics for complete cost effective
pipe fabrication. Field assignments for plant expansion and new construction; locating equipment, field
routing, checking and supporting piping systems: experience in the Refinery. Petro-Chemical, Polymer,
Fertilizer, Power and Pharmaceutical industries.
As Piping Group Leader, responsibilities include direct supervision over assigned designers, draftsmen
and CADD operators to achieve efficient, cost effective and timely execution of piping and mechanical design
drawings. Specific tasks included establish manpower loading and drawing schedule for efficient job
execution, develop piping progress tracking spreadsheets and isometric release schedule for project control;
provide technical guidance and drawing review and approval for quality assurance and conformance to job
and industry standards; established field design offices for on site execution of revamp and plant
expansion projects; construction field engineer assignments overseas and domestic, including punch-
out and start-up support
As Engineering/Design Coordinator, responsibilities include overall coordination of project design
engineering activities relating to piping, civil/structural, electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical efforts to
insure efficient, cost effective and timely execution of projects in compliance with project schedule and
budget commitments.
