Inventory Management - establish part numbers and part numbering system, determine
stock levels through statistical analysis of sales history, find and establish new
suppliers for the purpose of improving profitability and lead times, coordinate
testing of new products with suppliers and the service manager, request and
evaluate quotes, monitor the status of open purchase orders to assure on time
delivery, run cycle counts and inventory audits, investigating inventory
discrepancies, and making necessary inventory adjustments.
Returns - manage all returns (warranty and non-warranty) from customers through the
complete process including receiving from customers, returning to suppliers; track
and communicate with supplier to assure proper credit is issued, enter credits from

Special Customized Reports - develop special reports in Excel that are used across
all areas of the company such as general ledger account distribution report used by
accounting to produce profit report for service technicians, customized sales
reports as requested by sales or management used to establish the need to for new
equipment or for warranty determination, customized spreadsheets used by sales to
quote equipment packages to customers, inventory audit / reordering spreadsheets
used during audit counts to recommend reorder quantities. Used Microsoft Query to
link Sage BusinessWorks accounting software to Excel in order to establish
up-to-the-minute sales and inventory reports.
Computer Services - Highly proficient in all modules of BusinessWorks software,
including installation and upgrade. Setup email addresses, software and data
backup, troubleshoot basic IT problems, coordinate with outside IT services when
