Responsible for the ordering of floral for Albertsons stores and Kendal
Floral. Responsible for the maintenance of the order system for
Albertsons on site at the Distribution center. Responsible for
communication with store personnel and vendor partnership. Required to
project product needs for more than 200 stores.
Operations Sales Specialist- Albertsons/ Supervalu (2008-2010)
In charge of retail produce and floral departments for 25 stores. Visit
regularly to track/improve performance; compile and assess data, plan
and lead produce manager meetings, train and mentor personnel on site.
Share merchandising plans with staff, clarifying goals for sales, gross
and labor. Develop and execute training programs; generate reports;
monitor industry and region so as to stay aware of competitor
activities. Conduct weekly recaps throughout region.

Lead Quality Assurance Supervisor, Distribution Center (2004-2008)
In charge of product quality, temperature and packaging, supervising
three staff in controlled environment and conducting product
inspections according to specifications and requirements. Monitored for
rotation, inventory dates, temperatures and shipping, with particular
focus on banana criteria. Scheduled staff and prepared performance
reviews. Generated monthly and quarterly recaps and prepared Six Sigma
reports.
