Please let me introduce myself to you and your company. I am forwarding my

resume for your company to review. I have worked for the past 25 years in

the Production, Manufacturing, and Quality Environment, and 3 years in

Customer Service. I have maintained an excellent attendance record, am a

very dependable, hard working employee, who works well with a team or

individual. I have been well trained in the latest manufacturing methods,

including team involvement activities, 5s, Kaizen, TPM (Total Plant

My responsibilities in a Manufacturing, or Production prospective were to

produce a quality product, meet production quota, have on time delivery,

and exceed our customer's expectations, while being able to work with a

team or alone. In Customer Service, I was to please our customer, to

exceed there expectation, help them in any way, and also to keep up with

the other parts of my job, whether that is to organize, straighten, order

or stock supplies, clean, do paper, office work, and work with a team or by

myself.

I have the ability to learn new tasks quickly, and to trouble shoot problem

areas. I am not limited in my confidence to get the job done under

pressure. I taught some classes in error proofing and conducted some

meetings in ways to produce a better product dealing with incorrect

assembly. I had experience in training and team leading witch allowed me

also to work in a team environment. The efforts and rewards for a job done

well is when we all have a winning team, and successful company.

Safety for my coworkers, the encouragement of a friendly work atmosphere

and the expectations I lay out with in my self with the Production /
