Description Gobo application is Teamworks 7.0.1 based workflow
application that is used by Sykes User who will create the
request and it will be outsourced to the other vendors.
The project includes SLA for Vendors and capturing the
time spend by vendor on particular activity per instance.
Based on this time captured the billing is done.
Multiple Process are integrated to each other.
Previously this application was managed through outlook
and there were many pain points.
Role My role in this project is of Tech Lead from onsite.

Description Tool Loaner Program is Teamworks 7.0.1 based workflow
application that is used by external associate which will
create the request for tool loaning for some specific
period.
The project includes inventory management of tools. It
includes approval and dispatchment of tools and monitoring
of the tools for Checkin.
Once the tools Checked In, they go through the different
test procedure before making it available for next
dispatchment.
These tools were loaned as an add on service therefore the
project doesn't include any billing.
This program was across multiple GEO's.
The main pain point of this project was it was in
production for 1 year without any BPD and other lombadi
important features.
Role My role in this project was of Lombardi Developer and
Associate Technical Consultant.

Description MYWRK Program is a Savvion and J2EE based workflow
application that is used by Associate who wants to work
from their home.
Users Registers and Unregisters through Savvion Based
Workflow application.
The savvion based bizsolo workflow which is used by
associates for registering and unregistring for MYWRK
Program triggers the Bizlogic workflow which is processed
by different human and automatic activities to confirm
their registration.
Associate eligibility for working in home is calculated in
database using complex stored stored procedures.
Development of an Interface using Savvion Java-API which
is used for handling Savvion Activities from external Web
Application.
Project Achievement:- According to client report, MYWRK
program saved

Description Fulfillment Funding Tool project primary goal (or scope)
is the implementation of a Funding Tool for Fulfillment
and the interfaces to the upstream systems (ACAPS & KTC)
and downstream systems (WTX, Wire etc.) using savvion
workflow based system.
The HELOC funding processes are initiated from ACAPS.
ACAPS uses Web Service calls via HTTP to create cases in
Fulfillment Funding Tool (HFT). The HFT piece will be
built in Savvion BPM. HFT will interact with KTC and FAST
/ GMM to retrieve internal account details. During the
disbursement step, HFT will interact with FDES, RP,
Integrity, EDOC and ALS system. Once disbursement is done,
HFT needs to post the status back to the ACAPS system. At
any phase of the case's life-cycle, ACAPS may update the
status code of the case in HFT via HTTP Web Services call.
For HFT to receive Web Services call from ACAPS, HFT will
make a Web Service server application available. This Web
Service server may be Savvion Web Service or a new Web
Service application built in WebLogic.
It provides the following features :-
Single system,
Single sign-on (based on Bank's standards),
Input screens, Integration with legacy systems,
Produce Payoff request letters and mailing letter to the
Creditor,
Retention of financial transactions,
Produce reports for management with workload leveling and
metrics associated with the funding process,
Call to the FedEx site to create FedEx shipping requests,
Web based reporting,
Access to data on role based,
Error handling and Log4j framework,
Development of an Interface using Savvion Java-API which
is used for handling Savvion Activities from external Web
Application.
Project Achievement:- According to client report, HFT will
