Dear Potential Employer,
Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to look at my resume, and I hope you will consider me for a
position in your company. My previous jobs have been as a Bankruptcy Clerk, Customer
Service Representative/Call Center Representative, an Office Assistant, proposal writer and
a Record Keeper. I have been using Microsoft Word for over 10 years, Excel for 6,
QuickBooks for two years, and Powerpoint for 8+. I’m experienced in calling potential
clients, making payment arrangements, collecting payments, and depositing monies into
accounts. I used Paypal as payments, as well as cash and checks. I am computer savvy, as
well as having both administrative & clerical background. I type 45 words per minute, very
organized, and people-friendly. I am a quick learner, and whatever software I don't know
how to use, I will learn immediately. I have great grammar skills and I make sure all of my
work is properly spell checked before I send it out. I would like a job that is dedicated to
thoroughly training their employees regardless of their experience and in my case, I catch
on quick, therefore at worse only a refreshment training (as each company uses it's own
unique and new systems and procedures) maybe considerable. Once I grasp the concept I
perform very productively and throughouly as it is my own company. I learn very well, and
often think of new ideas. I'm very honest, and hard working, and would like a chance to be
apart of your company or client's company. I have an open schedule, no prior obligations,
so I can work days, nights, and weekends.
Please feel free to call me 404-***-**** (Please leave a voice mail if no answer); or email
me in more detail *************@*****.***
Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope to hear from you soon.
Objective To obtain a position with a company, where I can demonstrate my extensive
clerical skills and computer knowledge and at the same time enhance organizational growth
and productivity.
