Responsible for the daily project management and communications between field and office operations, and for
building the company’s customer base and client relationships. Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and project
invoicing for all projects including Metra, Chicago Dept. of Transportation and Chicago Park District projects.
Estimate, negotiate and process all project change orders. Supervise five field foremen responsible for 35 laborers and
operators, one superintendent, and two office staff personnel
