in the country, managing a staff of 32 and overseeing an annual operating

budget in excess of $20M. Represented the organization in Baltimore

City, County, and Annapolis as a registered lobbyist.

o Restructured the debt of the organization through the sale/short-

term leaseback of association headquarters; detailed and implemented

the shut down of a failing subsidiary corporation; identified and

secured office space for headquarters and satellite offices.

while maintaining the data integrity of property information for

four counties.
