include the following duties: Assist/direct feeding, oral care, nail care, basic hygiene, toileting,
help with a bed pan, catheter care, changing of catheter bags, charting amounts, bathing (bed
bath, shower, tub), dressing of patient, help with moving on and off of the facilities, ambulation
assistance, help getting in and out of beds, wheelchairs, bathtubs, etc., vital signs: blood
pressure, pulse, respirations and temperature monitoring. Answering call lights. Turning of
bedridden patients,changing bed clothes, collecting soiled laundry, light cleaning, organizing of
