Achievement Highlights

Key contributor for comprehensive multi-year IT infrastructure roadmap development to meet

forecasted business objectives. The scope included modernizing business collaboration and unified

communications infrastructure; replacing legacy PDMS with PLM, introducing MES solution to

streamline manufacturing process to promote lean manufacturing; re-architecting network

upgraded many enterprise applications to improve performance and stability with near zero

downtime; assisted Finance and HR to establish SaaS services with SAS 70 Type II compliance.

Automated workflow to streamline day-to-day operations, developed system imaging solution for
