Underwrote and analyzed commercial, construction and commercial real estate loans to local/national

developers/builders, custom home builders and property owners, including participations & syndications.

Responsibilities included management of accounts, loan review, mentoring of analysts, covenant

monitoring and enforcement, management reporting. Preparation and presentation of problem loan reports.

Portfolio grew by 80% while maintaining very good Camel rating.

2004-2005 CIT Group/Equipment Financing (Sr. Workout Specialist)

Worked out equipment loans and leases to various borrowers. Responsibilities included recovery and

assisting in remarketing of collateral assets. Preparation and presentation of problem loan reports.

1999-2004 Gold Crest Homes (Assistant Project Manager / Sales Coordinator).

Managed on-site supervisor and assisted in construction and sale of 30+ single-family homes, contract

and high worth individuals. Responsibilities also included comprehensive financial analysis,
