I have been working in the Business management and sales fields for most of my working career. Since 1998

Accomplishments: Ranked third in Division for December 2008 while accumulating more new revenue than
any other new employee in the company for December 2008. Ranked first in the division and third in the
United States in January 2009. Received two overall achievement awards for most secured and unsecured
loans signed within the division for January 2009.

Description of Duties: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Employee development, branch sales,
and overall growth of the branches assets, branch operating profit, and providing great customer service
which is graded quarterly.
Accomplishments: Several overall achievement awards include: Highest individual income generated for
August 2006, Achievement award for highest customer service score in the region for August 2007, and the
highest customer service average score in the region for six month period. Achievement award for most
corporate business generated for the month of March 2007, Area recognition for 34 percent fleet/asset growth
over 2007 fiscal year, and regional recognition for getting promoted to Branch Manager before two year
anniversary.

Description of Duties: Responsible for overall sales and service of the store. Designed weekly marketing
strategies and ensured that they were carried out by sales associates. Arranged store in a manner that would
promote sales through proper merchandising.
Accomplishments: Highest overall account growth in our region for three consecutive months. Promotion to
Assistant Manager within six months with a Management test score of 100 percent.

Description of Duties: Responsible for making sure that the daily reports are prepared and distributed
throughout Geico's electronic banking unit to better ensure customer service among Geico customers
nationwide. My duties also required me to apply my knowledge in computer applications to manage daily
reports.

Description of Duties: Responsible for assuring quality care for children ages six weeks to twelve years of
age. Responsible for four employees working in the childcare facility. Some duties included: creating lesson
plans, providing training for new associates, holding program orientation for new parents, and arranging
parent advisory board meetings.
Accomplishments: Nominated three times for school age Associate of the Year. Program Lead of childcare
program accredited by National School Age Care Alliance (NSACA). During the accreditation the program
under my lead received a perfect score as no violations were reported. As a childcare professional never
received a complaint from a parent, child, or colleague.
