As an Admin Finance and Collections Officer my experiences entailed many
multi-tasking abilities;
Maintaining contact and communication with parents in regards to
outstanding financial obligations by preparing Promissory Notes and payment
arrangements and follow up; Interview clients for financial assistance then
provide information to school's foundation chairman for approvals; Provide
free and reduced breakfast/lunch assistance to families in need upon
approval; Assist in the organization and operation of various office duties
and tasks; Provide school forms such as disciplinary forms, school
verifications, memorandums, withdrawals, daily collection deposit forms,
fax transmittals, and many other procedural forms needed for the operation
of the catholic school. Submit daily financial reports to school
foundation; prepare daily deposits of all
accounts receivables; obtain all incoming mail and prepare vendor payment
vouchers along with delivery invoices; prepare maintenance order
requisitions and supplies; perform routine tasks and maintain records;

academic aide;
Other duties included helping the teacher with correcting students'
workbooks, decorating the classroom during up-coming holidays, clean the
classroom, help students with issues they have in their seatwork.
Substitute Teacher status @ Price Elementary School taking on 1st Grade
Class - Much of which I already had complete knowledge of all students
academic levels and requirements; volunteered after school and weekends to
update and complete D.I. Reports, progress reports and report card grades
for 3rd and 4th quarter;
Carried on with Direct Instruction teachings in Reading, Language and Math
and helped prepare Promotion Certificates and created
Promotional Graduation Caps and Tassels for E-5 and E-6 Kindergarten
Promotional Ceremony; teamed up with Mr. Sergio Ramirez, Kindergarten

Assist in preparation of Direct Instruction materials, start Pledge of
Allegiance and Chamorro Pledge, take daily attendance, prep students with
each days agenda, and send First Reading Block students to assigned
classes; Assist in administering First Reading Direct Instruction Program
to 2 groups out of 3 groups of students;
where I teach my own students, prepare and administer two classes of Direct
Instruction Language For Learning Programs and assist Teacher with Second
Reading groups Direct Instruction Program (lower level);
Also, prepare and complete Direct Instruction LPC chart by the end of each
week which consists of each days lesson and workbook lesson grades and
Assessment Test scores for language groups only;
On call substitute teaching; grades K-5th and Chamorro Language teaching;
Duties included: retrieving teachers plan, following instructions on
teacher's plan. Write note to teacher at the end of the day to let them
know how the day went.
DEED Afterschool Program - Price Elementary School - Aide to a Special
Needs 8 year old Student with
Autism; Safe Management Training Certified although I never received my
Certificate from GPSS.
