Officer (SVRO) accounts, responsible for 4,500 + line items of COMSEC

material/aides.

Trained (how many) users on the proper handling, safeguarding, and record

keeping of all COMSEC material, as well as, equipment such as Simple Key

Loader (SKL), Data Management Device (DMD), Secure Telephone Equipment

(STE), and OMNI.

Administered Local Management Device (LMD), Key Processor (KP); ensured

database defragmentation, backup, and Archives were performed as mandated

by Air Force Instructions.

Manager, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) 6 Communications

Managed Information Technology Asset Management System for the 6th Air

Mobility Wing and 13 mission partners.

Maintained accountability for 15,000 information technology assets valued

maintenance of 60 servers.

Network (MAN) and its more than 4,500+ users. Analyzed management and

operations of $4.5M MAN. Meticulously administered updates to user file

permissions and accomplished backups of critical local Exchange servers.

Performed network management, control, and administration on DoD local,

metropolitan, and wide area networks, and Command, Control,

Communications, Computer (C4) and Intelligence systems, Defense Message

Systems (DMS), Automated Message Handling Systems, command and control, and

various functional area systems.

Managed DMS services; provided technical support and user training for 200+

DMS users. Installed client software on 235 systems; developed batch

scripts that streamlined installation process reducing process time.

Managed helpdesk operations, ensured all trouble calls were fielded in a

timely manner and were routed according to the severity of customer

problem. Troubleshot, opened, assigned, and closed help desk tickets.

Facilitated crew position assignments for 32 technicians; developed/updated
