Process Technician

Monitor temperature, pressures, and process flows. Took readings, product samples, caught Boiler H2O samples and ran PH and

conductivity for analysis. Manually adjusted valves for specific process flows. Gauge in and outage levels on storage tanks.

Monitor reactors, furnace, Light End Columns and incinerator. Plant final product was a fungicide for agriculture use. We dealt

with chlorine, sulfuric acid, muriatic acid, and (HTF) Heated Transfer Fluids-oil.

Grind phosphate rock into dust and pump to Prayon Unit, supervise flow rates, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, silo levels,
