Work History
August 1997- September 2010
1. Certified Nurse’s Aide at the Brakeley Park Center, Lophatchong, NJ. I provide quality care to clients and assisted the Charge nurse with newcomers’ orientation. Completed six months training as a Geriatric Specialist. Mentor as team leader with my work peers, chosen to assist training program for new employees. Member of the Employees Retention committee also a member of Quality Care Committee.
Work Responsibilities:
• Handle and serve residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, under the direction of a licensed nurse
• Perform all duties in accordance with established methods, techniques and recognized standards
• Assist licensed nurses in admitting, admitting assessments, discharging, transferring and caring for the residents’ personal belongings
