PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT
2000 - Present - Manager, AAA Legal. Presently provide administrative,
human resources and accounting support. Duties include
recruiting/screening of potential new hire candidates, coordinated drug
screening for potential new hires, new employee processing (I-9 and
EVerify), weekly payroll for administrative staff and subcontractors,
staff management for admin staff, accounts receivables/payable and client
relations. Developed Company policies/procedures and implemented
progressive discipline policies. **Note - I began this job "part time"
while working at Allstate (full time since 8/2007).
11/1995 - 11/2000 - Senior Human Resources Rep., Allstate Insurance
Company (Phoenix Corporate Office), Human Resource Department - Provided
human resources support for personnel for three states within Region.
Responsible for recruiting (reviewed applications, interviewed candidates
and referred candidates to District Management for possible hire).
Conducted new employee orientation, coordinated benefits review and
completion of benefits paperwork with new employees; coordinated annual
open enrollment and conducted exit interviews. Coordinated and attended
job fairs and hosted career seminars. Coordinated background checks for
possible new hires, administered pre-employment testing and scheduled pre-
employment drug testing. Tracked performance for new employees to ensure
productivity goals were attained; monitored performance appraisal process
