gift set, special edition and catalog titles. Also aided in SAP operating
system implementation by working with the SAP team to create daily test and
worst case scenarios.
* Increased customer fulfillment from 96.2% to 98.3% within the first year
while reducing on hand inventory by $3M, achieved 98.86% Fill Rate in
FY09, on track for 98.99% for fiscal year 2010.
