o $85 million valuation opinion of LCW Wireless Operations, LLC
(subsidiary of Cricket Communications) in defense of a exercised put
option by CSM Wireless, LLC
. Prepared detailed valuation opinion in defense of a put option that
was executed by the minority owners and managed the preparation of
the valuation book that was presented to company executives;
opinion was significantly lower than the competing opinion which
forced both appraisals to a third party for final decision; final
value came in at $87.5 million thus saving our client over $20
million on the 24% ownership interest they were forced to acquire
