June, 2007-Nov, 2008 Captain of the Kansas City Wizards Starting XI Girls
The Starting XI Girls were a marketing and promotions squad for the Kansas City Wizards
Soccer team. I was chosen to be a part of the squad in the inaugural year and was a part of the
wonderful experience for two years. I participated in appearances for a myriad of Kansas City
based and national charities. On game days we were responsible for interaction and entertainment
of fans as well as being able to answer any and every questions about our club. My over the top
love of soccer put me at the forefront of the group and Captain to a large group of girls. This
included keeping track of all appearances and sending girls who skill sets I thought matched what
our clients were looking for and keeping game day schedules running tightly and smoothly.
Oct, 2007 -Present Executive Assistant for Assured Vehicle Protection
Providing direct support for the President and Vice-President of the company along with
completing everyday requirements to keep operations of the office running smoothly. This
includes everything from completing slideshow presentations for executives, doing market
research and transferring it into spreadsheets, communicating with clients regarding their
accounts, to booking executive travel. As my familiarity with the company progressed, I was
assigned an additional position of Claims Administrator. This involved completing service claims
from beginning to end, starting with initial contact with a facility, authorizing any financial
assistance for customers and handling the settling of each particular claim. Multi-tasking, extreme
customer service skills and professionalism have been key in this position.
Dec, 2006-October, 2007 Administrator for Media-Corp, LLC. Overland Park, KS
This position provided me with a myriad of responsibilities including, mass data entry and
organization, mail merging and filing, answering frequent incoming phone calls on a multi line
system, call transfers and conference call setup,keeping track of and distributing meeting
minutes, mailing and shipping using UPS, FedEx, DHL and the USPS. This position was vital to
the overall running and organization of the office. I was directly responsible for the
correspondence and upkeep of a fourteen member marketing team as well as direct support to
directors of the company.
