Swinomish Casino I created and managed the first successful safety committee
resulting in saving the company over 40,000 dollars in accident claims. My years at
ResCare HomeCare also resulted in their first successful safety program. The
close interaction, guidance and technical support to the 115 managers and staff
was critical to ensure policy and procedures were being followed precisely while
delivering quality customer service to everyone. Superior communication skills with
