. Coordinate and host pre-game receptions for BBF members prior to home
sporting events, including but not limited to ordering and buying the
food and drinks, organizing the entertainment, providing "Game Notes"
to all that attend, and implementing a check-in system. These
improvements have resulted in a 150% increase in attendance from last

. Create and design all BBF marketing collateral.
. Develop the Endowment Program, designed to inform student-athletes
about the BBF and the scholarships they receive, while fostering and
building relationships between student-athlete and benefactor,

. Manage, update, and drive people to the BBF's website and Facebook
page.
. Compose and distribute a monthly newsletter to 2000+ members of the
BBF via email promoting upcoming events and recapping past events and
games at Santa Clara University.
. Organize and oversee the BBF internship program. Recruit, interview,
hire, train, and manage interns based on the needs of the BBF.
. Manage the event budgets for the BBF, ranging from $10,000 to
$100,000.
