CBRNE Consequence Management Response Force (CCMRF)
Provided high level consultant/SME guidance for this joint effort with the Department of Defense to
improve reactionary outcomes in the event of a nuclear, radiological, chemical or biological incident.
Developed mission critical preparations in conjunction with Homeland Security to develop
decontamination programs, emergency response centers and standardized response/reactionary
measures for an elite Respone Force Program.
1999 to Present: 413 Chemical Company, Florence, SC CBRNE Specialist/Staff Sergeant
After serving in various CBRNE Specialist roles/capacities, recently transitioned from Active Duty to
Active Reserves.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for CBRNE processes, protocols and program development to prepare
soldiers and civilians in emergency preparedness, crisis response and community preparedness
practices in the event of a nuclear, chemical, radiological or chemical attack.
Maintain keen insight into changes in requirements or preparedness activities as dictated by US
Department of Defense; participate in ongoing training and development to elevate quality of
programming and instruction for staff members.
2003 to 2004: Deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Enduring Iraqi Freedom; served as CBRNE
Specialist in preparing deployed troops for emergency, execution and administration of responses for
attacks or incidents involving chemical or biological weapons.
Instructed troops on decontamination, evacuation and response protocols to decrease casualties in
both military and civilian populations.
Communicated with Unit Commanders on potential threats and created an environment with an in
depth awareness and understanding of potential threats among all members of the team.

Assisted in the transition of the 3rd Armored Calvary from Fort Bliss, TX to Fort Carson, CO.

Chemical Operations Specialist/Joint Security Area
Served as an Armed Escort for Swiss and Swede neutral mediators under United Nations command.
Named to participate as an integral team member of the Security Force providing perimeter security
and risk management for the historical event of President Bill Clinton’s walk across the “Bridge of No
Return” that borders North and South Korea.
