I deal with day to day operations providing great customer service to

consumers with AT&T. I solve issues with billing, equipment, service issues

July, 2002-September, 2004 Military Police Officer for the United States Air

I provided security to the military installation I was stationed at and

defended the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. I was

in charge of the armory cleaning weapons and maintaining their functional

operation for deployment and training exercises. I was in charge of the

vehicle fleet of the police squadron to maintain workable and dependable

cars for patrol officers. I also was in charge of a government credit card that

was used to purchase equipment and supplies necessary for personal to do

their job effectively.

also learned about the criminal justice system in relation to law

enforcement, courts, corrections, and parole. I have also learned about laws

within the United States Constitution and how these laws govern the people

within society. I have also learned about how being a police officer or

working within any part of the criminal justice system can have emotional

and physical effects and how to deal with stressful situations through the

leadership you work with or seeking help outside of work. I have also

learned through my attendance at the University of Phoenix about the

definition of crime and the theories of causation of crime. I also learned that

through the definition of crime there are two types of crime, which is known

as natural crime and legal crime. Natural crime is actions taken by a person

that are considered unacceptable in society, but not illegal. Legal crime is

actions taken by a person that are against the law and are illegal. I also

learned about what type of force should be used by a police officer when

dealing with members of society. And, the level of force used should not be

excessive, but should match the situation a police officer is dealing with. I

also learned through the University of Phoenix that individual rights are

protected under the U.S. Constitution and being a police officer and working

in law enforcement such rights should always be protected and respected.

I am very responsible, honest, trustworthy and hardworking. I have

achieved a stable life for myself and am focused to become a successful

member of society. I have learned through the University of Phoenix how to

manage my time effectively, create a work ethic that is beneficial to my

personal and professional life, and how to overcome obstacles in a positive

way.
