I am currently working for White Construction, Inc. as their site Safety Manager. I travel with White and have worked
in power plants, refineries, and wind energy. The majority of my time working for White Construction has been spent
working in Robinson, Illinois, in the Marathon Oil Refinery. I have also worked with SDR Coating Company, a VPP
star holding sister painting company of White Construction. I helped SDR earn the second VPP star ever given to a
painting company in the United States at an oil refinery. I provided the necessary training and safety for their
employees.
I am CPR and First Aid certified, Behavioral Based Safety trained, High Angle Rescue certified, 40 Hour
HAZWOPER certified, rigging trained, and I hold an OSHA 30 hour card. I am currently working on achieving the
ASP certification. I have worked with many different contractors while under White’s employment. I have managed
teams of greater than 400 employees for White Construction. Safety is always our main focus and will remain my
main focus. While working here, my main responsibilities and job functions include the following:
• Ensuring safe work activities being performed in all aspects on the job site that are assigned
• Work with management, supervision, and craft to improve safe work practices and safe work culture
• Report directly to the Corporate Health and Safety Manager about the daily direction for activities and work
scope (close communication and interaction are required daily between myself and Corporate)

During my work for Sterling Boiler and Mechanical, I worked one fall outage and one spring outage. Both of the
outages were for Duke Energy at their power plant in Cayuga, Indiana. I started out working seven tens and by the end
of the outages I was working seven twelve’s. I was always the first to arrive and the last one to leave work for the day.
I was the head safety manager on the night shift and managed over 45 employees during my shift. My job description
included performing the following:

very professional demeanor and be a positive role model for the juveniles.

Owned and Operated a Payphone Telecommunication Company. I owned and maintained over 130
payphones in seven counties around central Indiana. I networked the phone-lines with existing Verizon
phone-lines and installed new housing units for the phones. I sold the company while I was still in college.
