Seismic experiences
- Experience in the seismic vibrators (Mechanically, Electrically and
hydraulically) with different models as I/O model AHV 3, 4 and the Mertz
(623B, 625 and 625B).
- Experience in the Electronics controllers as Sercel (VE 432 and 464) as
well as Pelton VibPro.
- Experience in the Communications and GPS or navigation instruments as
(Motorola, THALES, Novatel, ACKSYS and Garmin).
- Experience in all types of tests for the vibs as (Force meter, hard wire,
Radio sim and Polarity test).
- Experience in the startup sweep selection tests for different terrain.
- Experience in the specific computer software program as (HUSKY, Verif-I
and various engines diagnostic programs for both Detroit diesel and
Caterpillar).

1- Operational
. Maintaining all vibrators to contract specifications.
. Servicing, maintenance and repair of vibrators, including electronic
equipments.
. The accurate recording of all servicing work performed.
. Controlling stock levels and maintaining an accurate stock inventory.
. Ensuring that stock items are correctly stored.
. Ensuring the safe transfer of department staff between base camp and
outside.
. Quality control of vibrator activity during production.

. Supervising vibrator pushers and their activities.
2- Administrative
. To ensure that all equipment has its daily (FIT) and monthly (TRIM)
maintenance performed.
. To schedule all equipment undergo the other maintenance checks
necessary.
. To maintain an adequate control of all fixed assets to ensure that
none are lost or stolen.
. To ensure that adequate equipment and supplies are available for
operation and that no excess stock is kept.
3- QHSE
. To ensure that all personnel assigned to department follow the company
contract plan, policies and procedures on health, safety and
environment at all times.
. To conduct Monthly section QHSE meetings and daily tool box meetings.
. To investigate and report any accident that may occur in section, and
take action to prevent recurrence.
. To promote the QHSE awareness by observing, correcting and reporting
near accidents, unsafe acts and unsafe situations.
. To carry out periodic safety audits of workers, equipment, PPE and
participate in cross audits.
4- Supervision of Personnel
. To carry out performance appraisals and assign objectives for crew
members.
5- Training
. To ensure that personnel within the department are properly trained to
perform their assigned tasks.
. To assign mentors for all senior staff who are participating in LMS to
follow development, inclusive of LMS, as agreed upon with his
supervisor.
