leadership experience. My managerial roles include Operations Manager for a
major retail company with annual sales of 20 million dollars and managing
20 employees, President of a loss prevention company that started as a home

contractors. My teaching experience is with Southwest in the
Social/Behavioral Science department for 3 years. Supervisory experience
includes my years as Chair, supervising 5 instructors and over 100 college

agents who understood the value of people and who believed that educators

Officer
10 years of retail and business entrepreneurship and service for
several leading retail companies such as Goldsmiths', Target, Super K-
Mart and the Sports Authority. Use of CCTV to apprehend internal and
external threats to company assets was expected, as well as appearing
in court to testify. Writing detailed, concise and accurate reports
with correct grammar and punctuation was vital in these positions. As
Loss Prevention Manager for Off 5th Saks Fifth Avenue, responsibility
was interviewing employees suspected of theft. Daily audits of the
cash room and random audits of cash registers were mandatory. Employee
training on shrink related issues was done once a month and upon
