General Manager

* Established marketing platforms that resulted in a 27% increase in sales

to 1.83 million through Q3 of 2010. This was achieved via business to

business, networking and cold call efforts producing valuable

relationship building and the opportunity to present an augmented pricing

structure that gained widely favorable acceptance.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

General Manager - J&W Enterprises, LLC, Lawrenceville, GA - June 2007 to

Present

* Guidance of office and field operations for Asset Management company,

specializing in assisting real estate agents and banks in the

preservation and rehabilitation of REO properties. Position reports

directly to the president.

* Foster new business relationships with clients, new and existing, by

networking at various real estate conventions in Georgia.

* Developed a competitive price structure that not only gained the company

an increase in assignment approvals, but was also geared to more

efficient and profitable cost controls.

* Direct oversight to insure timely and quality completion and delivery of

services along with accounts receivable oversight.

District Manager - Petsmart Inc. - May, 1989 to June, 2007

* February 1994 - Promoted to District Manager for the Atlanta District

which included a total of 13 stores in greater Atlanta (6), South (4) and

North Carolina (3). This total eventually increased to 23 stores in

Atlanta with the addition of 17 new store openings.

* February 1991 - Promoted to Market Coordinator with pre-opening and

operational responsibilities for six stores in the Denver area.

* May 1989 - Joined Petsmart as Store Director in Denver, Colorado to open

the sixth retail location that has since expanded to nearly 1150 stores.

Achievements:

Phoenix to develop efficiencies and approach to all facets of the
