Planned and facilitated workshops to field including: Management Skills, LIFO®, and Diversity training programs.

Developed and facilitated Train the Trainer Interviewing Skills program for Store Managers to enhance their skills

and ability to recruit and interview Supervisor and Manager Level hires.

Lead team of Store Managers to develop recruitment and retention strategies for Seasonal hiring, resulting in

successful store staffing, a 13.1% reduction in turnover and a cost savings of over $1 million.

Assisted in developing a minority mentor group which included network events, personal coaching programs and
